Employee Benefits

Hart & Hickman offers a benefits package which includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and short-term disability insurance. The firm pays the premiums for the employee for these insurance benefits. You will be eligible for insurance benefits thirty days after starting work plus the time until the next month begins.

To directly compensate our employees for their hard work, Hart & Hickman offers straight-time hourly pay to salaried staff for approved billable hours over 44 hours per week. We also offer performance-based incentive bonuses to employees who demonstrate exceptional skills and contributions to the firm’s success.

To help you get a head start on your savings, Hart & Hickman offers a 401k retirement plan with a unique and beneficial twist - employer contributions are fully-vested at the time you receive them and we contribute to your account even if you are not able to. The plan offers more than twenty investment options managed by the Principal Group and their affiliates.

We offer annual professional training allowances for all staff and hold regular in-house training sessions in order to develop your technical, consulting, client relationship, and business skills to fully round out your career development. To help ensure a safe workplace for everyone, Hart & Hickman maintains drug and alcohol testing programs, regular CPR and first aid training, and annual Hazwoper training for our staff.
