Employee Survey Identifies Strengths and Areas for Improvement
The survey was conducted by an outside third party firm specializing in employee surveys and results address multiple areas of interest. Staff are convening in self-directed small groups to discuss key issues and suggest ways to improve communications, reduce stress, improve job satisfaction, and make workplace improvements. Our goal is to build a process that will continue beyond just this survey to ensure employees can freely share their ideas and concerns with supervsors and managers as issues arise, and excel in their careers and professional goals.
