Nathan O'Leary Awarded CHMM Credentials

Hart & Hickman's Nathan O'Leary successfully passed the rigorous examination process required for his Certified Hazardous Materials Manager credentials. The process began in late 2010 with news from the certifying board that he had been approved to sit for the comprehensive exam.  The rigorous CHMM certification requires detailed knowledge in complex RCRA and CERCLA regulatory programs, as well as DOT regulations and others.  We are delighted that Nathan committed himself to this tough certification.  He has found it very useful in his project work with our industrial clients, and has also had the opportunity to network routinely with CHMMs who work in industry as the Directors of EHS and similar positions.
