Georgia Brownfield Property Owners Join In

In just 90 days, Hart & Hickman has secured access agreements for 12 private properties from owners interested in having assessments conducted at their Rome Georgia Brownfield properties. The outreach success has come from working closely with City staff, active developers, community associations, and the Regional housing authority. The City of Rome, Georgia selected Hart & Hickman to execute their $400,000 EPA Brownfield grant from among many competing national and regional firms. Of note were Hart & Hickman’s Brownfield redevelopment successes, exceptional EPA Region 4 relationships, Brownfield expertise built on serving 20 grantees throughout the Southeast, and the depth of experience of our in-house Brownfield professionals.
